This team is responsible for owning, maintaining, and driving code and deployment platforms to enable our development teams to release and deploy their code efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

We hope you are ready to change the game! Be ready to:

  • Maintain internal GitHub Enterprise and Artifactory instances

  • Manage and automate on-premises and cloud-based GitHub Actions infrastructure

  • Abstract Kubernetes deployments via internal Helm charts

  • Act as owners of and advisors on best CI/CD practices and approaches for the development teams

  • Hands-on contributions to CI/CD pipelines of Adform products

  • Collaborate with Adform Security team on code vulnerability scanning

  • Provide internal tooling related to change management and deployment gating

  • Introduce tools to improve overall code quality and drive best practices

  • Write and maintain internal automation tooling within the team services scope

  • Build agents and automations that improve team workflows, productivity, and overall efficiency

Attitude First. Everything else will follow. We can grow together faster if you have:

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the DevOps field

  • Working experience managing GitHub Enterprise and Artifactory instances

  • Hands-on experience writing GitHub Actions workflows

  • Strong understanding of CI/CD workflows and practices

  • Hands-on experience with Linux and Windows operating systems

  • Experience working with configuration-as-code and infrastructure-as-code systems

  • Experience writing Helm charts

  • Ability to use AI tools effectively for coding and investigations while critically validating outputs and avoiding blind reliance on generated results

  • Ability to read and understand code in Python or Go languages

  • Advanced experience in working with Docker

Stand out by having:

  • Experience working with Puppet and Terraform

  • Experience maintaining code quality tooling (e.g., Snyk)

  • Experience deploying and managing Kubernetes applications

  • Knowledge of the agile software development cycle
