Junior .NET Software Engineer

About the Role and Team:

In the Development & IT department, we are responsible for the development, support, maintenance, and operation of Adform Flow. Our most important responsibility is to deliver a stable and competitive product to our clients.

As a Junior .NET Software Engineer, you'll work alongside experienced team members to help build new products and features as well as maintain and upgrade the existing Adform platform.

You'll be part of a team that is a crucial contributor to Adform products, working in a cross-functional Agile team with world-class engineers and product managers.

  • Assist in designing, building, testing, and deploying products and services

  • Learn about technical designs and application features

  • Contribute to value delivery for customers

  • Collaborate with other teams to understand interdependencies

  • Learn to optimize development workflows

  • Develop an inner-source attitude to code sharing

  • Work with product management, client support team, and IT Engineers

  • Learn and apply best practices defined by different functional areas (Architecture, Quality, Security, Product Management and Project Management)

Attitude First. Everything else will follow. We can grow together faster if you have:

  • A Bachelor's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar — in progress or done

  • Knowledge of .NET development (0-2 year of experience)

  • Familiarity with the concepts of high availability and performance

  • Basic understanding of messaging queues (RabbitMQ) and data streaming (Kafka)

  • Familiarity with SQL databases

  • Basic experience with GIT and unit testing

  • Eagerness to learn software design patterns

  • Intermediate English skills
