About the Role and Team
We are seeking an Account Manager to join our Revenue & Operations team in Warsaw. In this role, you will report to the Regional Sales Lead and be responsible for managing, growing, and retaining a profitable portfolio of small-to-large clients. You’ll be expected to understand your customers' needs, anticipate challenges, and develop strategies to achieve aligned outcomes. By thinking strategically and planning, you’ll help drive broader business goals.
Additionally, you will manage Adform resources efficiently to meet customer objectives, identify upselling opportunities, and maximize profitability.

Know your customer’s business and needs, reinforcing the message that Adform is their best partner for success.
Drive Adform's commercial success by retaining and growing customer relationships and upselling to increase product deployment.
Own the full customer lifecycle from Day 1, bringing in the right Adform stakeholders and resources at the right time.
Understand the customer's business and needs, translating them into Adform-supported objectives that realize customer value.
Balance opportunities, resources, and profitability to ensure the right fit for both the customer and Adform.
Be confident and capable when communicating Adform's strategy, thought leadership, use cases, and innovations.

Good interpersonal and networking skills, including presentation and negotiation abilities, and are comfortable asking for and offering help when collaborating across the business.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, programmatic media-buying and associated tooling and local competitive landscape.
Strong communication skills in native language and/or English with a customer-oriented attitude.
The ability to translate technical details for non-technical audiences.
A structured approach to goals and challenges, ability to proactively develop and present solutions.
A proactive and flexible approach, open mindset, and the ability to work independently with some supervision.
Experience of Salesforce, Gainsight or other CRM and CMS systems.
