About the Role and Team
We are seeking a Senior Sales Director to join our Revenue & Operations team in [country/office location]. In this role, you will report to the [manager title] and be responsible for driving sales to Large and Strategic Enterprise clients—including advertisers, independent agencies, and publishers—across multi-market, international, and global brands, including those in retail media.
You’ll confidently pitch Adform’s full suite of products and services while collaborating closely with support teams such as Presales, Omnichannel Sales, and the Retail Media team. Ideally, you bring a strong understanding of key ad tech components like Ad Servers, DSPs, DMPs, and SSPs, and how they work together to deliver value.

Prospect and convert leads by attending industry events, networking, and identifying opportunities.
Plan and execute a sales strategy to build a pipeline and win new customers, achieving sales targets.
Manage opportunities and map stakeholders prior to onboarding.
Translate client needs into Adform products, negotiating win-win value for both Adform and the customer.
Gather competitor intelligence to highlight Adform's unique selling points and create valuable differentiation.
Maintain healthy sales velocity and a strong pipeline.
Keep accurate, real-time records in Salesforce.
Deliver high-quality handovers to account management colleagues.

10+ years of experience in media sales or advertising technology.
Proven track record of success and ability to manage complex sales process to closure.
Significant experience working with and negotiating with global procurement teams.
Confidence in selling across multiple verticals.
Confidence in selling alongside or in partnership with GHGs and other key Adform partners.
Confidence in selling in multi-year sales cycles.
Strong financial acumen.
Proficiency in Salesforce (or similar CRM), with a disciplined approach to maintaining records.
A growth mindset, continuously seeking feedback and improvement.
Good public speaking skills, with experience presenting on stage.
